If you have a concern, complaint or issue that requires resolution, this page will help you identify the appropriate process and office to contact.
Use the guidance below to determine the best path for addressing your concern, whether it involves a grade appeal, Title IX matter or another type of issue.
Question 1: Does this complaint involve a course or assignment grade?
Review the Grade Appeal Procedures and Guidelines.
Question 2: Does this involve eligibility for financial aid?
Review Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy.
Question 3: Does this involve a violation of the Student Code of Conduct?
Review the Student Code of Conduct.
Question 4: Does it involve a violation of the employee standards of conduct?
Review the Standards of Conduct and Discipline Policy.
Question 5: Does it involve sex-based discrimination?
Review the Title IX/Sexual Misconduct Procedures and Guidelines.
Question 6: Does it involve a general complaint about a department or individual?
Question 7: Does it involve discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religious identity or ability?
Concerns should always be addressed first by the College through established grievance and appeals processes. In the event that your concern is not resolved, you may contact the Higher Learning Commission.
