CCP Info for Students & Parents
Get a Head Start on Your Future
College Credit Plus (CCP) is the state of Ohio’s dual enrollment program. You can take college-level courses while you’re still in high school, and the credit you earn goes on your official transcript.
What Is College Credit Plus?
When you participate in CCP, you earn college credits that go on your official transcript. Your credits may also fulfill your college’s general education requirements, saving you time and money as you earn your degree!
CCP Enrollment Options
You can take Owens Community College classes on the Toledo-area or Findlay-area campuses, or take selected CCP classes at your home high school.
Option A: College Credit Only
With this option, you enroll in CCP solely to earn college credit. You’ll be responsible for the full cost of tuition, fees and books.
Option B: Earn High School and College Credits
When you earn CCP credits for both high school and college, the cost of tuition, fees and books is paid by the state and your home school. You’ll be responsible for any other class expenses or extra courses.
