Support for Students With Disabilities
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) may help cover tuition, lab fees and supplies for students with physical, emotional or visual disabilities, based on individual circumstances. Most applicants must complete the FAFSA®.

Veteran and Military Benefits
Veteran Benefits
Students who are veterans may be eligible for Department of Veterans Affairs benefits for most associate degree programs.
Ohio War Orphan and Severely Disabled Veterans’ Children Scholarship Program
Assists children of deceased or disabled veterans who served during a declared war or conflict.
Ohio Safety Officers College Memorial Fund
Assists eligible children, spouses and former spouses of certain U.S. safety officers killed in the line of duty.
Federal Pell Grant
Available to students whose parent or guardian died on active duty in the Armed Forces after 9/11/2001 or in the line of duty as a public safety officer.
AmeriCorps Tuition Assistance

This statewide network supports current and former foster youth on their path to higher education by accessing scholarships, guidance and other resources designed to help foster care-connected students succeed.

The ETV Program helps young adults who have aged out of foster care by providing financial, academic and personal support while they attend college.
