Request Official Transcripts
Owens makes it easy to access your official transcripts. We’ve teamed up with Parchment, a secure online service, so you can:
- Order your transcripts online 24/7
- Send them electronically or mail a paper copy
- Include required attachments (like forms or documents)
There’s a small fee for each order.
Current Students
You can request copies of your Owens transcripts in Ozone:
- Log into your Ozone account.
- On the main page, scroll down to the Student Information Section.
- Click Request Official Transcript. This will direct you to Parchment.
- Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
From there, you’ll be linked to the Parchment platform. Just follow the steps to complete your order.
Former Students

- Use the mouse or touch screen to complete the authorization process.
