We, at the Terrace View Café, are pleased to announce the opportunity to join us for upcoming services brought to you by our proud chefs and instructors, along with our culinary students.

Cost

Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted for the all-inclusive price of $11. (no credit/debit cards)

Garde Manger Class
The presentation is a display and tasting of the students’ newly acquired or honed talents and skills in the upscale, high-level art of Garde Manger (The Art of the Cold Kitchen).

The students are ready to open the Terrace View Café for a featured grazing buffet!

This will emulate a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres.

Sausages, smoked foods, cheeses, pates, vegetable and fruit carvings, chutneys, crackers and canapés

Platters and menus will include themes the students developed, including a spring-themed display and an Under the Sea-themed display.

These lunches are an opportunity for students to explore and experience different techniques and flavors from global cuisines that are not traditionally found in this country and share them with you.

CRUISE THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA

Turkish Gozleme
Flaky pastry dough wrapped around three different fillings: Spinach and Feta cheese, Spiced Beef, and Spiced Potato/Served with a Mint Gastrique

Lebanese Kibbeh
Rounds of ground Lamb and bulgar, seasoned with mint and traditional Middle Eastern seasoning with a creamy yogurt sauce/Served alongside Moroccan spiced couscous and baby carrots

Galaktobureko
A Grecian dessert of crisp phyllo dough encapsulating a baked custard with a final saturation of orange-infused syrup, garnished with caramelized orange segments
