Tarteletter
Traditional Danish crisp tartlet, filled with creamy chicken and asparagus

Stegt Flaesk
One of Denmark’s National Dishes, crispy, marinated Pork Belly, accompanied by fingerling   potatoes in a parsley cream sauce with oven-roasted root vegetables

Semlor Buns
A Swedish-inspired sweet dough is filled with marzipan, lemon curd, and whipped cream, accompanied by a blueberry compote

Advanced Baking & Pastry III
This class is designed to build on previously acquired baking techniques and explore topics of baking/pastry trends, food science, aesthetics and sensory perception. FNH 251 introduces and focuses on chocolate, sugar work and advanced cake production.

This will be an 8-course dessert experience with banquet-style service.

We will also be hosting a bake sale alongside this service, with an assortment of delicious baked goods that Chef Amy and her class have made.
