We, at the Terrace View Café, are pleased to announce the opportunity to join us for an upcoming service brought to you by our proud Chef/Instructor along with our Culinary students.

Our event will be hosted and executed by the Techniques of Healthy Cooking (FNH 270) class.

This class is conducted to educate students in the ever-changing world of alternative/healthy cuisine. With the increase in our society’s craving for vegetarian/vegan options along with healthier options in general, Chef Bob and his students are excited to offer this for your enjoyment.

For this service, you will have the option of carryout or dine-in, and it will consist of a salad, a customizable “power bowl”  and a healthy dessert.

Service hours are 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the final tables being seated at 12:15 p.m.


Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted for the all-inclusive price of $11. (no credit/debit cards)

*If we have confirmed your reservations and you need to customize your Power Bowl:

  1. Open the Power Bowl Menu PDF. >>
  2. Make your selections.
  3. Fill one out per person.
  4. Print and bring with you to the Terrace View Café.

These will be given to our chefs and made to order. If you cannot do so, one will be provided to you when you arrive.
