On-Campus Delivery Pickup

You will receive an email to your student email account when your course materials have arrived and are ready to pick up.

Pickup hours for the Toledo-area Campus Mail Center (114 College Hall):

Monday through Friday
9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and
1:30 – 4 p.m.

To pick up deliveries at the Findlay campus please email Julie Easterday (julie_easterday@owens.edu) your telephone number and she will call you to arrange a pick up at your convenience.

Fall Textbook Rental Returns

For Fall Semester 2020 books and materials rentals, check your email for return details. All course materials rented from the Owens Store for the Fall 2020 semester must be shipped back to Follett at:

If you use the pre-printed label provided by Follett, please verify that the above address is on the label before shipping. Owens Community College does not have a drop-off location for rental book returns. Per the rental agreement, shipping is at your expense. To avoid additional charges you should return the materials as soon as you are finished with them for the semester.

How do I use a book voucher on eCampus?
When checking out, type your OCID number instead of a credit/debit number.

Where can I purchase supplies (non-books) that I might need?
Supplies are readily available on the eCampus website. On the home page, click on the Supplies link at the top of the page or enter “Supplies” in the search box.
