The Food, Nutrition and Hospitality department offers programs in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts and Nutrition/Dietetic Technology. The new state-of-the-art culinary center focuses on providing students with technical skills providing innovative classes to allow creativity and artistry.

Graduates in Food, Nutrition and Hospitality programs find opportunities as dietetic technicians, wellness coaches, event planners, chef, Sous-chef, food service and restaurant managers. Employers of these graduates include Hollywood Casino, St. Jullian’s Fitness, Armstrong Nutrition Management, Compass Group, AVI Food Service, Swig Charcuterie, Zia’s and Ciao’s.
