Is there practice?
There is no practice. Graduates must be checked in and in their spot in the processional line 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony.

It’s recommended that graduates ask their guests to hold all personal belongings, such as coats, bags or purses. No room will be available to safely keep these items during the ceremony.

When will I receive my diploma and/or certificate?
Diplomas and/or certificates will be issued by Parchment. Students can get their digital credentials faster, so it’s a great way to immediately share your accomplishments with your family, friends, and potential employers.

Upon completion of the final graduation audit, graduates will receive an email with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma and/or certificate.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Check your school email and text messages for the award notification.
  2. Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
  3. Share your digital diploma on Facebook and LinkedIn via a verified link, or download a secure .pdf version.

The digital diploma and/or certificate will always be accessible online through your Parchment account. You can login to your Parchment account and download or share your diploma and/or certificate as many times as you’d like throughout your lifetime.

Your paper diploma and/or certificate will still be mailed to your permanent address on file within 6-8 weeks from the end of the graduating term. Please make sure your address is up to date via Ozone.
