Andre Tiggs is Fire Investigator for Toledo Fire and Rescue Department. His responsibilities include responding to the scene of suspicious fires where arson is suspected and fires where death or injury occurs. He identifies clues and collects physical evidence necessary to prove the facts, conducts interviews, documents the fire scene, writes reports and prepares cases for court. Andre is a past board member for Northwest Ohio Arson Inc. He received an associate degree in fire science from Owens Community College in 2007 and an associate degree in criminal justice in 2012. Andre has been a high school bowling coach for the past 25 years, has coached at numerous bowling centers and served as a Vice President and board of director for the Toledo Bowling Association and United States Bowling Congress.
