Owens Community College has partnered with Parchment to accept online transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed as a hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination. There is a small handling charge for this service.
If you have attachments to go along with your transcript, you can do this as part of the transcript request process.
For current students:
- Log into your Ozone account.
- On the main page, scroll down to the Student Information Section.
- Click Request Official Transcript. This will direct you to Parchment.
- Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
For former students who do not have access to Ozone:
- Place your order here.
- Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
- Use the mouse or touch screen to complete the authorization process.
