Request Official Transcripts


Owens Community College has partnered with Parchment to accept online transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed as a hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination. There is a small handling charge for this service.

If you have attachments to go along with your transcript, you can do this as part of the transcript request process.

For current students:

  1. Log into your Ozone account.
  2. On the main page, scroll down to the Student Information Section.
  3. Click Request Official Transcript. This will direct you to Parchment.
  4. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.

For former students who do not have access to Ozone:

  1. Place your order here.
  2. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your transcript order.
  3. Use the mouse or touch screen to complete the authorization process.
