About the Express Card
The Express Card is the official identification for Owens Community College students, faculty and staff.
Students use the Express Card as a student ID for the testing center, library, textbook purchase and access to the College’s fitness centers.

Replacement Cards
If your card is damaged or you have experienced a name change, bring your existing Express Card ID to the Student Service Center (Toledo) or to the Department of Public Safety (Findlay) for a free replacement card.
Replacement fee for lost or stolen cards is $15.
