Updating Your Address and Telephone Number

Each student is required to submit his or her correct address at the time of registration each term. Students should update their address or telephone number thereafter through Ozone.

1. Login to Ozone.
2. Locate the Personal Information Card – if this card is not on your dashboard, please click the blue Discover More button at the bottom of the page.
3. Click Update Address & Phone.
4. Click the Update Address and Phone link at the bottom of the page.
5. Update the needed information and click Submit.

A change of address to an address in Ohio does not change a student’s in-state tuition residency status. To petition of Ohio Residency Status, students must complete a separate Petition for Ohio Residency Status Change.
