About the Program

This program is designed for Licensed Practical Nurses who will take nursing courses from a modified program of study that meets the needs of the LPN enrolled in the Licensed Practical Nurse/Associate Degree Nursing Progression Program, AAS (Owens Code: NRSL).

The program prepares graduates for nursing positions in a variety of healthcare settings.

The program combines studies at Owens Community College with planned and guided experience in client care in healthcare facilities and community agencies.
