Out-of-State Online Students: As a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), we are permitted to enroll out-of-state students in online educational programs. Please visit our NC-SARA page or check with the associated academic department for more information. Any program listed as undetermined for a given state means that Owens Community College will not enroll a person from that state into the program per NC SARA guidelines.
