Making It: Glass Forward

Ages 8-12. The future is clear — literally! Glass is more than just windows and mirrors. Explore the science and creativity behind glass, as well as its role in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) as you discover, through hands-on fun, how it impacts everything from skyscrapers to smartphones.

Automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and a new generation of innovators are all shaping the future of glass. This “glass forward” camp immerses you in the cutting-edge technologies that are transforming glass production and advanced manufacturing. Integrating robotics, automation, and sustainable innovation, expect to leave camp thinking even more creatively, solving problems critically and using the innovation we’ll help you uncover.

This camp is crammed with fun take-home projects and memories, tour of glass-making factory and more, all made possible by generous NOIC funding. You’ll be amazed by the skills you build and everything you get!

Forces Fun Lab

Kibble Kaper
