Ages 7-12. Dive in to the art-rageous world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math)! Fun projects introduce campers to the principles of STEAM, from simple and playful exercises to more challenging projects. Design and build things, developing creative solutions to real-world problems in a fun mix of structured activities and free exploration time.

Ages 8-12. The future is clear — literally! Glass is more than just windows and mirrors. Explore the science and creativity behind glass, as well as its role in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) as you discover, through hands-on fun, how it impacts everything from skyscrapers to smartphones.

Automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and a new generation of innovators are all shaping the future of glass. This “glass forward” camp immerses you in the cutting-edge technologies that are transforming glass production and advanced manufacturing. Integrating robotics, automation, and sustainable innovation, expect to leave camp thinking even more creatively, solving problems critically and using the innovation we’ll help you uncover.

This camp is crammed with fun take-home projects and memories, a tour of glass-making factory and more, all made possible by generous NOIC funding. You’ll be amazed by the skills you build and everything you get!

Ages 6-8. Join Inspector Elle on an exciting mission to catch the sneaky thief stealing dog food from the Happy Tails dog shelter! Each day, put your math, problem-solving skills and imagination to the test as you follow clues and unravel the mystery. By the end of the week, you’ll crack the case and even design a clever solution to help the Happy Tails team protect their dog food stash in the future.

Ages 8-12. Pinball games are a classic arcade favorite—and now you can experience the thrill of designing and building your very own! Using gravity and mechanical motion, construct a working cardboard pinball game, completely from scratch. No kits or bricks here; each project is 100% kid-designed. Take home your one-of-a-kind creation, showcasing your imagination and those new engineering skills.

Ages 6-8. Combine LEGO® brick building challenges with introductory robotics! Explore problem-solving and engineering concepts using LEGO sets which include motors, sensors and programmable moving parts. Through a playful, story-based format, you’ll collaborate, brainstorm and experiment to develop creative solutions.

Ages 8-12. Explore the world of electronics and coding with the BBC Micro:bit! Learn to build and control electronic circuits using this versatile microcontroller, featuring a built-in display and I/O pins. Each day, you'll tackle exciting challenges, from programming the Micro:bit to powering a mini car. With hands-on activities and creative problem-solving, you’ll gain essential tech skills.

Ages 8-12. Bring your ideas to life with 3D printing! In this hands-on camp, you’ll explore Tinkercad, a fun online modeling tool, and you’ll learn how 3D printers work. Each day, you’ll see your ideas take shape. Expect to bring home remarkable creations (we know you will).
