Appointments with TRIO Student Support Services tutoring staff is restricted to current semester enrolled TRIO student participants. Once a request is completed students will be contacted by their TRIO SSS coach. BEFORE any tutoring session will be scheduled students MUST meet with their TRIO SSS coach and complete a tutoring goals worksheet and coaching session.
At the beginning of every new academic year (Fall semester) any student requesting tutoring MUST complete a LASSI assessment and review the results with their TRIO coach. Results will be shared with TRIO SSS tutoring staff. Instructions on how to access the LASSI will be available upon contact with your designated TRIO Coach.
Students will receive an automatic reply stating their request has been received. Within 48 business hours students will receive communication from their TRIO coach to schedule their required appointment. If the student does not respond to the TRIO coach the request will be deleted.
Each month students will need to complete the tutor request form to access tutoring each month. Only one request required per month! (all subjects that assistance is needed in should be included in the request)
